Put Fido in his favorite Halloween costume and take him to the Broadway Paw-rade on Oct. 27. Animals will show off their costumes on stage and compete for prizes in contests. Judges and a DJ will provide commentary.

If you're looking to add a new member to your family, PAWS Humane, Soul Saver and Animal Control will have animals available for adoption. Proceeds raised from the Paw-rade will go to these organizations.

When: Market Days is 9 a.m. to noon Oct. 27. The Paw-rade is set to start at 10 a.m.

Where: Along Broadway in downtown Columbus
