Ladies, lace up your running shoes, wear pink and head to Big Dog Running Company for the Girls Night Out 5K on Oct. 19. Proceeds will benefit the Schryl Carden Breast Cancer Fund. Each runner will receive a race T-shirt and drawstring bag. Pink is the color of the evening.
