Oct. 21: Last day to ride, play, eat at Greater Columbus Fair

The Greater Columbus Fair brings games, rides and food to the parking lot of the Columbus Civic Center through Sunday Oct. 21.

New this year is a petting zoo, featuring a zebra, camels, donkeys, llamas and more, plus pony rides and Close Encounters of the Exotic Kind -- a live lion and tiger show. The fair will culminate with a fireworks display on Sunday at dusk.

When: 2 p.m.-midnight Sunday

Where: Columbus Civic Center

Cost: $7 adults, $2 seniors and children ages 3-9, $3 military with ID (up to four adult tickets) Sunday. Children 2 and younger are free every day.
