Man robbed by 5 suspects of wallet, driver’s license

A man was robbed Sunday night by five suspects after a gun was pointed at his head, Columbus police said.

The robbery happened about 9 p.m. outside a home in the 1100 block of 27th Street, reports state. The suspects approached the 24-year-old man, and one of them pointed a pistol to his head.

Police say the suspects then took the man’s $10 wallet and driver’s license before fleeing. The man was uninjured.

All suspects are described as being black men between 18- and 23-years-old. They had their faces covered with white T-shirts during the robbery. No other description is available, police report.
