A teen was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor Monday afternoon after she was caught shoplifting with a minor, Columbus police said.

Llana Marie Duncan, 19, also is charged with theft by shoplifting, reports state.

According to police, Duncan and the juvenile were inside Dillard’s at Peachtree Mall about 2 p.m. Monday. Someone saw them stuff two pairs of jeans and two Polo shirts worth about $270 in their purses while at the department store. A store employee then stopped them and recovered the items.
