A 58-year-old man was punched and kicked late Wednesday during a robbery at St. Marys Road and Matilda Lane, Columbus police said.
The man was treated at the hospital for a scrap on his left elbow after the 8:50 p.m. robbery.
A backpack valued at $40 was taken during the holdup which remains under investigation.
