Three men were arrested late Monday after a fight erupted in the parking lot at Johnston Mill Lofts, police said.

No one was seriously injured in the fight but one suspect was charged with aggravated assault for pointing a pistol during the 11:47 p.m. incident at 3201 First Ave.

Christopher Hudson, a resident of the lofts, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of obstruction, one count of felon in possession of a firearm and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. Brian Hawkins, 29, and Brandon Wells, 28, are each charged with one count of battery.

Hudson, 23, is held without bond in the Muscogee Jail for an 8 a.m. hearing Wednesday in Recorder's Court.

Police were called to the apartment building to check on a fight in progress when they found suspects in the parking lot. Wells and Hawkins are accused of hitting Hudson several times with closed fists causing a cut to his head.

The fight remains under investigation.
