Suspect nabbed in robbery at Circle K

A 21-year-old Columbus man was arrested Wednesday about 30 minutes after the Circle K was robbed on Forrest Road, police said.

Reginald Ray was nabbed at the 5448 Forrest Road business at 1:05 p.m. He was charged with one count of robbery and held in the Muscogee County Jail for a 9 a.m. Friday hearing in Recorder's Court.

Police said a man entered the business about 12:25 p.m. and demanded money from the clerk. The man snatched an undisclosed amount of cash from the register and fled.

No one was injured during the holdup.
