A Columbus man, accused of choking his girlfriend, was jailed early Wednesday after a dispute over pictures of women found on a thumb drive, police said.
David Flagg, 45, was charged with one count of aggravated assault in the 2:30 a.m. dispute at a home on Rice Street. He was held in the Muscogee County Jail for a hearing this morning.
Flagg told police he argued with his 44-year-old girlfriend after she found photos of other women on a thumb drive and confronted him. He said the woman struck him in the back before she allegedly was choked several times.
