Columbus police have arrested Norchez Fitzpatrick, 25, of Columbus and charged him with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
He was also charged with possession of a drug related object.
According to the police report, on Sunday police recovered evidence consisting of four clear bags of marijuana, one partially smoked marijuana cigar, one digital scale and one box of sandwich bags
