13 vehicles damaged at Alexander Electric

At least 13 company vehicles for Alexander Electric were broken into over the weekend, Columbus police said.

In a report, police said someone entered the vehicles parked at 1411 Belfast Ave. and stole items sometime between 3 p.m. Saturday and 6:30 a.m. Monday. In many of the vehicles, a window was broken out to gain entry. Electrical wire and other items taken from some vehicles were found behind the business in the wooded area.

Police have no suspects as the investigation continues.
