A 34-year-old Columbus man was arrested Wednesday after groping a woman at Wal-Mart on Airport Thruway, police said.

Kirby Lyn Jacobs was charged with one count of sexual battery after the 4:45 p.m. incident at 2801 Airport Thruway.

Police said Jacobs was inside the store when he groped the woman's buttocks twice. As Jacob walked by the woman, police said the touching was captured on the store's surveillance video.

Jacobs is scheduled for a 2 p.m. hearing in Recorder's court.
