Two robbers punched a Columbus woman coming home from work at a Victory Drive nightclub as they snatched her purse shortly after 3 a.m. Sunday, Columbus police reported.
The 62-year-old Vicky Avenue resident complained of injury to her face under her right eye after the two men accosted her in her driveway, where they took her purse containing her wallet, cash and Samsung cell phone, officers said. The robbers also got away with a blue and gold pendant worth about $200, police said.
The victim was unable to give a detailed description of the two men.
