When should you throw away Thanksgiving leftovers?

Friendly reminder: You should eat your Thanksgiving leftovers within four days. "Holiday food kept longer than that should be thrown out. Freeze anything that is not going to be used within four days," according to WebMD.

Beyond that knowledge, I'm hardly a food guru. If you're looking for culinary expertise, you should probably consult Dawn's blog.

I will, however, note that last year I made a pretty stellar batch of fried mashed potatoes using Thanksgiving leftovers.
