A 53-year-old Columbus man was arrested at a Farr Road address Wednesday night and charged with battery, and two counts of cruelty to children, one third degree and one first degree.

The victims were a 32-year-old woman, a 9-year-old boy and a 1-year-old girl, according to police reports.

Quince Williams was arrested and charged after police were called to a mobile home park at 527 Farr Road. The adult victim suffered bruises, lacerations and swelling, police said.
