We have a blended family of four children: Genna, Justin, Charity and Zeb. We also have four grandchildren: Ashton, Madison, Gabrielle and Phoenix. Favorite book: My favorite books are about the South. But (shameless plug) my favorite one right now is a book I am writing called “Cantaloupe, Kudzu and Kissin Cousins.” It is about growing up in the South with my big ole wonderful family. My other favorite book for now is “SIXCHICKS,” another book I am currently writing about adventures with my six closest chick friends. Favorite movie: “August Rush” Favorite restaurant: Cracker Barrel and Country’s Favorite quote: “Don’t tell God how big the mountain is. Tell the mountain how big God is.” Best concert attended: Bonnie Raitt at the RiverCenter. I was thrilled to hear her say over and over that it was a beautiful venue and how she was enjoying that stage. I cried the whole time she sang “Angel From Montgomery.”
