Up on the roof.

That's where Columbus police say they had to go early Sunday to get a "heavily intoxicated" man from Taos, N.M., who climbed pipes to get atop the Old Siam restaurant at 14 11th St.

They identified the soldier as Michael A. Arcinuleta, 24, whom they charged with loitering and prowling. He would say only that "he was 'sorry' when he was asked why he had climbed on the roof of a closed business," they said.
