Credit-card processor TSYS said today it has inked a contract with St. Marys Bank in New Hampshire, considered the oldest credit union in the nation.
The multi-year deal, which calls for Columbus-based TSYS to handle St. Marys consumer credit card processing and other services, follows the signing of Oregon Community Credit Union earlier this year, TSYS said.
No terms of the contracts were released.
St. Marys Bank was founded in 1908 in Manchester, N.H., with branches in several of that New England states cities. On its website, the financial institution notes how it survived the Great Depression.
Oregon Community Credit Union, founded in 1956 in Eugene, Ore., has 10 branches and more than 104,000 members, TSYS said.
