A Columbus man was charged Wednesday in a November shooting at 3150 Plateau Drive, police said.

Steve Allen Phillips, 25, was charged with reckless conduct in the Nov. 19 shooting that left a man with a gunshot wound to his left thigh. He is held without bond in the Muscogee County Jail for a 9 a.m. Recorder's Court hearing.

In a report, police said other people were around when the gunshot was fired at the victim inside the mobile home at Lot 900.
