Man stable after beating on Third Avenue

A 63-year-old Columbus man was treated at The Medical Center after he was beaten early Thursday.

The victim was treated at the hospital for a left eye swollen shut and two front teeth knocked out in the attack just after midnight Wednesday.

The beating remains under investigation.
