A 48-year-old Columbus man was robbed Tuesday in the parking lot at the Holly Hills Beverage Shop on Oakley Drive, police said.

The man wasn't injured during the holdup but the robber held a knife to his throat and demanded money about 7:22 p.m. After taking an undisclosed amount of cash, the knife-wielding robber fled.

The robbery remains under investigation.

The robber was described as black and in his 20s. He was wearing a black sweat shirt, black jeans and white sneakers.
