Gunman robs Money Back on St. Marys Road

The Money Back convenience store on St. Marys Road was robbed early today, Columbus police said.

The clerk wasn't injured in the 2:45 a.m. holdup at 3809 St. Marys Road.

Police said a man wearing a ski mask and black hoodie entered the business with a pistol and demanded money. The gunman took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled.

A suspect was described as black, about 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighing 150 to 160 pounds. He wore dark jeans and black ski mask.

The robbery remains under investigation.
