Columbus police are investigating the report of an armed robbery in a home on 14th Avenue.

According to the police report, the crime occurred at 2:48 a.m. this morning.

Police were told by the victim that three black males entered his home and one of them hit him with a pistol.

The victim was taken to The Medical Center where he was treated for a cut near his right eye.

The police report did not say what was taken.
