A masked gunman robbed a Circle K on Fort Benning Road just before 5 p.m. Sunday, Columbus police reported.

Store workers told investigators the man walked in the front door of the 2233 Fort Benning Road business about 4:50 p.m., pointed a black pistol at them and demanded money.

They described him as black, slim, about 6 feet tall, with a light complexion and dressed all in black.
