A 19-year-old who was arrested Dec. 15 for allegedly shoplifting at Dillards was arrested again Monday for violating his lifetime ban from all of the companys stores.
Ryan T. Andujar was charged with criminal trespassing and two counts of disorderly conduct. According to a Columbus police report, a Dillards employee saw Andujar in the Peachtree Mall store and called police. Andujar called the store manager a racial slur and used profanity around Christmas shoppers while walking through the mall, the report said.
As a result, the mall increased its ban of Andujar from one year to three years.
Andujar posted bonds totalling $945 Monday, but he forfeited them Wednesday when he failed to appear for his preliminary hearing in Recorders Court. His case was bound over to state court.
