A 20-year-old Columbus man was arrested Thursday for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Robert Javon Oestricher of Clover Lane also was charged with obstruction of a law enforcement officer, loitering and crossing guard lines with drugs.

Columbus police were dispatched at 1:35 p.m. to the M&M Package Store at 2602 Cusseta Road, where they found 60.7 grams of pot in the parking lot, according to the report. The marijuana was in two sandwich bags, the report says.

The case remains under investigation.
