Restaurant employee robbed at gunpoint of Chinese food

A gunman took two bags of food from a China Dragon Restaurant employee early Tuesday and fled, Columbus police said.

The 42-year-old man wasn't injured in the 9:05 a.m. armed robbery but lost $60.17 worth of Chinese food at 3390 N. Lumpkin Road.

The victim told police he was in the parking lot of the building when someone put a pistol to his head and took the food. No description of the suspect was available as the investigation continues.
