A 24-year-old Columbus man was charged Wednesday in the rape of a woman at her Oakland Park home, police said.
Trenton Joyce was taken into custody after the assault was reported at 9 a.m. Joyce is being held in the Muscogee County Jail for a 2 p.m. hearing today in Recorder's Court.
Joyce is accused of raping the woman, 29, inside the residence. The woman told police she awoke to find the man identified as a roommate on top of her.
