Admission to Callaway Gardens is free most weekdays in January and February

There's no cost of admission to Callaway Gardens on most weekdays now until Feb. 28. During these winter days, guests may witness butterflies emerging and taking flight in the warm, tropical Cecil B. Day Butterfly Center, explore the John A. Sibley Horticultural Center and get a little exercise on one of the many walking trails or the Discovery Bicycle Trail (bicycles are available for rent or bring your own).

When: Admission is free 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Admission will be charged on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays -- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (January 21) and Presidents’ Day (February 18), January 1 through February 28, 2013.
