A lawn mower valued at $500 has been been reported stolen from inside a house on Mill Branch Road in Columbus.

According the police report, the lawn mower was taken sometime between Dec. 23 and Jan. 5.

It was noticed missing when the brother of the house's owner came to the house to prepare it for an open house. He found the door open and the alarm panel ripped off the wall. A a rear window had been broken. The lawn mower was missing from the kitchen.
