January 7, 2013

Anyone curious about Honeybees is invited to attend the Chattahoochee Valley Beekeepers Association meeting at 6 p.m. Jan. 14 at the Oxbow Meadows Learning Center. Jennifer Davidson, City Extension Agent with the Cooperative Extension Service will speak to the group on the importance of pollination on our food supply, pollination being one of the most important thing Honeybees do. The meeting will likely last two hours.

The beekeeper meetings include extensive question and answer periods so the speaker and our experienced Beekeepers can address questions from out members and guests. For more information, call Paul Berry at 706-527-0739 or visit our website at chattahoocheebeekeepers.com.
