Talecris Plasma Center employee threatened after refusing service

Published: January 14, 2013

Police arrested a Columbus man Friday for disorderly conduct after he threatened to slap a Talecris Plasma Resources employee, according to a Columbus Police report.

The employee told police that Donald Butler, 32, began threatening her after she refused to accept his plasma donation. He was turned away because he did not have a valid address.

Police later found Butler on Stonewall Drive near Munson Drive. He admitted to being at the Talecris, but said he had not caused a disturbance.

Butler was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He was taken to Muscogee County Jail.
