Brig. Gen. Barrye L. Price, deputy chief of staff of Human Resources Policy Directorate at the Pentagon, is guest speaker for a Tuesday service to honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. at McGinnis-Wickam Hall, Fort Benning officials said today.
With the theme, "Remember! Celebrate! Act! A Day On, Not a Day Off, " the event is scheduled for 11 a.m. in Marshall Auditorium.
Price is a distinguished military graduate of the University of Houston's College of Business Administration. He also earned a master's degree in history and a doctorate from Texas A&M University. He attended the National Defense University where he earned a master's degree in science.
