An officer discovered a small amount of methamphetamine and materials for trafficking Thursday evening at the intersection of Sherwood Avenue and 43rd Street, according to a Columbus Police Department report.
The officer found 0.3 grams of meth, valued at $30, a Cobra handgun with a magazine and two bullets, a black digital scale with meth residue and a case, several baggies and a wallet containing $1,054 inside a silver 2003 Mitsubishi Galant.
Although the report indicated an arrest was made on scene, no suspect was named. No further details were available in this report.
