Woman injured after being hit with wine glass

Police responded to an aggravated assault on the 2900 block of Poppy Seed Loop on Sunday morning after a woman was hit with a wine glass in one of the house's bedrooms, according to a Columbus Police Department report.

The woman received a small laceration on her upper left arm after someone threw the wine glass at her at about 2:45 a.m. She was transported to the Columbus Medical Center.

No suspects were named. No arrests were made.
