Ericia Davis, 39, of Columbus has been charged with aggravated assault family violence.

Police say her husband told officers Saturday that she stabbed him.

According to the police report, the wound is in the left upper chest.

The victim was taken to the Medical Center.

Police say the incident happened in a kitchen apartment on River Road. A knife was used.

Police say the incident occurred between 8:20 p.m. and 8:42 p.m.
