Columbus police are investigating the reported theft of 39 bundles of black roof shingles and a box of roofing nails from a home on Valencia Drive.
According to a Columbus Police report, the total value of the items taken is $800.
Police were told the items were covered by a tarp on a carport.
The theft occurred between 4 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Saturday.
