A man and woman was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine near Center Street and 8th Avenue Monday, according to a Columbus Police Department report.

Lucinda Bullard, 42, and David Huckelba, 51, were arrested at about 12:45 a.m. Monday after police noticed the two driving in a 2000 Ford F-150 with a license plate that registered to a 1993 Ford F-150. The amount of meth seized was not mentioned in the report.

Bullard and Huckelba were charged with possession of meth. They were transported to Muscogee County Jail.
