Robber shoots victim in arm and head on Fourth Avenue

A man was shot in the arm and forehead during an armed robbery on Fourth Avenue Sunday according to a Columbus Police Department report.

The man told police that the robber knocked him to the ground near the 2700 block of Fourth Avenue. When the man resisted, the robber shot him two times.

Adrian Harris, 25, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a felon, armed robbery and possession of a firearm during a crime. He was taken to Muscogee County Jail.
