UPDATE: Read the full text of the 2013 State of the Union Address here.

President Obama will deliver the State of the Union Address at 9 p.m. EST tonight. If you want to watch the speech on TV, you have lots of options. It will air on most major networks, including ABC, CBS, CNN, CNBC, NBC and Fox.

Don't have a TV? No problem. The White House will offer an "enhanced livestream" of the speech online. The online broadcast will include additional charts, graphs and data. Access the live feed here.

Per tradition, the speech will be followed by a response from the opposing political party. Republican Marco Rubio will deliver this year's response.

Obama is expected to announce tonight that the U.S. will reduce the number of troops in Afghanistan by 34,000, according to news reports.
