ROBIN TRIMARCHI rtrimarchi@ledger-enquirer.com Students from the McBride Elementary School Leadership Academy presented about 40 veterans and guests with a packet of handmade Valentines Day cards during the Valentines for Vets program Thursday. The school chorus sang songs from the 1940, and the youngsters served the veterans cookies and juice.
