Whittlesey Boulevard Walmart robbed; employees threatened with gun

Walmart employees were held at gun point shortly after midnight Friday, Feb. 15 at the Whittlesey Boulevard location, according to a Columbus Police Department report.

Police arrived at the store at about 12:15 a.m. after receiving reports of an armed robbery. Employees told officers that two men had entered the store and demanded money. One suspect was armed with a gun. The two took an undisclosed amount of money.

One of the suspects was described as a black man wearing a long white sleeve shirt, blue jeans, black and white sneakers and a camouflage mask. The other suspect was a black man wearing a dark colored hoodie, a black toboggan-style hat and khaki pants.

Police are still on the lookout for both suspects. No further information was given.
