A Valley, Ala., man charged with rape and kidnapping was arrested Wednesday in Atlanta, according to a Valley Police Department press release.
Keith Donnell Truitt is charged with rape, sodomy, kidnapping, assault and burglary. He was awaiting extradition to Valley on Thursday.
