Update: Incident in Jordan-Johnson area ruled suicide

Update (Tuesday, 8:59 a.m.):

Police have ruled that an incident which disrupted traffic at 39th Street and Howard Avenue was caused by a suicide.

Muscogee County Coroner Buddy Bryan confirmed that the death of a 39-year-old man was ruled a suicide early this morning. A portion of the area was blocked off with crime scene tape and at least four evidence markers during the investigation.
