March 15-16: 'Yesterday and Today: The Interactive Beatles Experience'

February 27, 2013

You, the audience, decides the set list for "Yesterday and Today: The Interactive Beatles Experience." That's right.

As you enter the Springer Opera House, 103 10th St., you'll be given a slip of paper. On the paper, write down the title of your favorite Beatles tune. Then write why that song is important to you.

The papers will be collected and taken backstage around 7:15 p.m. The cast of the show will read through them and decide which songs to perform.

Every night will be different, says Billy McGuigan, who created the show. Some people are serious about the song choices; others just want to stump the band, he said.

The show opens at 7:30 p.m. tonight. Other performances are 7:30 p.m. March 1-2, March 7-9 and March 14-16; 2:30 p.m. March 10. It's on Mainstage.

Tickets are $38; $32 for seniors; $25 for military, police officers, firefighters, EMS personnel and teachers; $15 for students through college with valid ID.

Call the Box Office at 706-327-3688.
