Temple Israel hosts its annual Deli-Day 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Thursday, March 14. Each lunch includes a kosher corned-beef sandwich, potato chips, a giant pickle, coleslaw and a beverage for $10. Advance tickets are available and tickets are sold at the door, too. Home-baked desserts are available for $4 each. Dessert tickets can be purchased at the door with a special deal of 4 tickets for $12.

This annual lunch-in is the ecumenical event of the season. Proceeds are used for Temple projects, to support the Wynnton neighborhood Network and several other local charities.
