Hearing tonight on downtown traffic; next week on parking

mowen@ledger-enquirer.comMarch 7, 2013

The Consolidated Government has two more public hearings to deal with traffic and parking issues that have arisen from a consultant’s recommendations for downtown Columbus.

A public hearing will be held today at 5:30 in Foley Hall behind the Springer Opera House. It will be to discuss the design consultant’s ideas about traffic flow, including possibly restoring two-way traffic to some currently one-way streets.

The subject of downtown parking will be discussed next Tuesday, also at 5:30 in Foley Hall.
