Attacker sought for striking woman with car, pushing another

Police are looking for a suspect after a man struck a Columbus woman with his car and pushed another in a dispute early Friday at Oak Hill Mobile Home Park.

The 39-year-old woman was truck by the man shortly after midnight Thursday at 3536 St. Marys Road. The woman had bruises to her right leg.

Police said the second woman, 29, was pushed by the man in a yard, causing her to complain of chest pains.

The suspect was described as black, 41-years-old, about 5 feet, 10 inches tall and heavy set. No description of a vehicle was available.

If arrested, the man will be charged with one count each of aggravated assault and simple battery.
