Police found assorted prescription drugs under the bridge at Fifth Avenue and 16th Street Sunday while looking for drug sales in the area, according to a Columbus Police Department report.

When officers arrived at the scene at about 4 p.m. after receiving reports of drug sales in the area, they found two cigarette boxes with glass smoking devices and Brillo pads inside. Two prescription bottles with various pills were also found nearby.

Neither bottle had a name on it. The pills were taken to be destroyed.
