March 21: Seussical comes to RiverCenter

March 20, 2013

Remember the shy, sweet elephant, Horton? Who hears a Who? And promises to protect the small spec of dust because "a person's a person no matter how small"? Well, he's in "Seussical," the hit Broadway show that's coming to the Bill Heard Theatre, RiverCenter for the Performing Arts, 900 Broadway, tonight at 7 p.m.

There's also JoJo, who lives on that speck of dust, the one-feathered bird Miss Gertrude McFuzz and the lazy Mayzie La Bird.

And who weaves all these stories together?

The Cat in the Hat, of course.

Tickets are $17; $9 for children 12 and younger.

Call 706-256-3612.
